1. General provisions

This Cookie Policy explains how 4go.tech, identification code 421235122224, located at 131 Pyrohova Street, Vinnytsia, Ukraine, uses cookies and similar technologies on https://fexsmm.com/ (the “Website”). Read it together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service and Public Offer.

Cookies may be used when you visit the Website, create or use an account, place an order, contact support or interact with our pages. Where applicable law requires it, including the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for users in the EU, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, we use non-essential cookies and similar technologies only after you consent. The Telegram bot @fexsmm_robot does not store cookies on your device. When you use the bot, Telegram may use its own technologies under its own privacy policy. Data processed through the bot is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Children

The Website is not intended for persons under 18 or for persons who are not legally permitted to use it. We do not knowingly use optional marketing cookies to target children. If you believe a child has provided information or consent, contact us.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in technology, providers, law or our services. The current version is published at https://fexsmm.com/cookies. If you keep using the Website after an update, the updated Policy applies. Where required, we will ask for your consent again.
